Then restart the machine and test it again.
Inspect underneath the brush deck. Look for: Hair String Plastic wrap Carpet fibers Packaging material Other debris Material wrapped around the rotating components can prevent the brush from turning normally. Remove any obstruction before operating the machine again.
Some floor scrubbers are designed so the brush does not spin immediately when the machine is turned on.
