Common Problems
Not Picking Up Water
C16 FAQ
Check that the solution tank contains clean water and that the water control valve is open. Inspect the water hose, filter, and fittings for blockages or kinks. If the water system appears normal, inspect the fuse, wiring, and water solenoid valve. These are the most common causes of water flow problems.
If your machine won’t power on, first check that the battery is fully charged and securely connected. Verify that the emergency stop button is released, the key switch is turned on, and all fuses and electrical connectors are properly installed. On ride-on models, make sure the operator is seated correctly and all required safety switches are engaged.

Choosing the right floor scrubber is important for cleaning efficiency, labor savings, and long-term maintenance costs.
Different facilities require different cleaning machines. A small restaurant may only need a compact walk-behind scrubber, while a large warehouse or industrial facility may require a ride-on machine or a sweeper-scrubber combo.
In this guide, we explain how to choose the best floor scrubber for your business in 2026.
Choosing the right floor scrubber for a warehouse can save thousands of dollars in labor, cleaning time, and long-term maintenance costs.
Warehouses often have large floor areas, dust, tire marks, oil stains, debris, and heavy daily traffic. The right cleaning machine should be powerful, reliable, easy to operate, and suitable for your floor size.
In this guide, we explain how to choose the best floor scrubber for warehouse cleaning in 2026.
If you’re looking for the best floor scrubber in 2026, the right choice depends on your cleaning area, budget, and usage frequency. For most businesses, the C18 offers the best balance of performance and price, while larger facilities benefit from ride-on machines like the BTCR26 or BTCR35. Below is a simple guide to help you choose the right machine quickly.

Regular routine maintenance is the key. For instance, it is imperative that both of the solution & recovery tanks are emptied at the end of every cleaning procedure.
It is better to clean these two tanks with clean water after each usage.
Recovery tank is the one that collects the dirty solution that is removed from the floor. If the mixture is left in the recovery tank, it might be hardened at the bottom of the tank, making it difficult to remove.
You might want to leave the tank lids open to reduce the chance of mold, mildew, and unpleasant odors.
In addition, the squeegee itself should also be removed, washed, and wiped dry.
